So much faster than a Britta (do the math it cost about the same as the longlast filters) and of course the water quality is so much better. The water is crystal clear and tastes clean and fresh. I feel so good drinking the AquaTru water. It works great and is so much more simple than trying to plumb under the sink. Overall, the filter prices make it cheaper than the under sink system for filter replacement. I have not needed to contact customer service.
